I've been looking for a good slow cooker for months and just couldn't make up my mind between 2-4-6 quart. I have 4 kids, but like to make smaller slow cooker things for different things a lot. It is so nice to have the option. I like that the pots stack inside each other for better storage. The black and stainless look great. I saw the ivory one at Target and it looked awful, very 70's. My last slow cooker (Rival) burn everything so on LOW so I finally got rid of it last year and this one has been great.

I always have the correct size crocks on hand for whatever I am cooking with this 3-in-1 slow-cooker. I bought this stainless steel version through the Bed, Bath & Beyond website using a coupon (which basically covered the shipping & handling), and it was delivered right to my door. The crocks are heavy, durable, and easy to clean. The stainless steel unit is very light weight, easy to use, and easy to wipe down. The knob is manual (not programmable) with high, low, and warm settings. After setting the temperature, you then push the 2-, 4-, or 6-quart button depending on which size crock you are using at the time. As a vegan, I have enjoyed being able to cook my own beans using dried beans bought in bulk, which has helped me to save on money and waste. I have had this slow-cooker for about one year now, and use it at least about twice a week, and I have not had any problems with it not working, over-heating, or burning food.

If you use a slow-cooker frequently, then I recommend finding the space in your kitchen for this 3-in-1 rather than a standard one-crock slow cooker because it is very flexible and comparable in price. I've had this 3-in-1 slow cooker for almost a year and use it regularly. I love having three crocks: 2, 4 and 6 quart. The crocks are a nice thickness and really distribute the heat well. I use the 2 quart when I want to make a dinner for two or three, the 4 quart when I want to ensure enough leftovers for a second meal, and the 6 quart when I'm having a dinner party and want to make a meal that allows me to spend time with my guests. I also like that the base has three heat settings: high, low and warm. The warm setting is very useful during the dinner parties as it keeps the food at just the right temperature to ensure that second helpings are hot but not still simmering. I can't think of any way that Hamilton Beach could improve the design and I'll be using mine for years. Highly recommended!

Okay folks, the Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker with the Black interchangeable crocks is what you've been waiting for! If you don't cook (like me) this item will make you appear like you know what you're doing in the kitchen. I made some memorable tasty meals like: a seafood and chicken Paella, braciole and sauce over pasta, and pea soup. The three different size crocks make it easy to plan meals for 2 people or 8. The crocks are great to serve from, too. More modern looking than the Hamilton Beach 33134 Crocks, Hamilton Beach 33133H White or Hamilton Beach 33956 Three in One.

The interchangeable crocks stack up neatly and you save on storage space whether you put this in a cabinet or keep it out on the counter as I do. I have always had the sale crock pots picked up randomly along the way. This time I decided to get all the features I have wanted and then some. This has them. My first slow cooked pot roast in this pot and everything was perfect. Nothing fell apart or turned to mush. The different sizes are a real bonus as well as being able to remove the crocks--a feature I always wanted.
